Kenneth G. Brill is the founder of Upsite Technologies, Inc. He is a graduate of the Harvard Business School, an electrical engineer, and a management consultant with extensive practical experience in data center infrastructure and human reliability. Prior to establishing Upsite, Mr. Brill founded The Uptime Institute and ComputerSite Engineering in the early 1990s. He currently serves as Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of the two companies, respectively. Mr. Brill has helped clients justify investments totaling more than $1 billion, focusing his expertise on managerial, engineering, and strategic differences between systems that work and complex infrastructures that never fail (or fail transparently without affecting users).

As a result of this professional focus, Mr. Brill recognized a need for products and solutions reaching far beyond the scope of standard engineering and consulting offerings. He utilized his visionary understanding of the technology to create these products and solutions, which provide data center operators with unprecedented, substantial benefits. In 2001, Mr. Brill founded Upsite Technologies, Inc. to manufacture products and deliver services dedicated to the diagnosis and cure of heat-density problems in data centers.
